Hi from Raven Nevermore

Hi! *waves* Thomas Marshal told me I had to do this blog post myself because he said I'd have to learn how to do it sometime and might as well start now. Mama helped me sign up for it and showed me how it all works. So here is my first ever blog post! :)

Today something came for me in the post! Mama had ordered a cute item of clothing for me :) Here are the photos :)

Mama says that when she saw the jumper she thought of me :D I love my new jumper, it's so cosy and warm :)

Have you ever wondered why Thomas Marshal calls Mama, "Bunny" when he writes? Bunny is Mama's name and it's because he's a big stupid head and he thinks he's being big and clever. Though I heard him shout "MAMA!" lots of times yesterday in Build A Bear but he wouldn't admit it.

Today we went back to Belfast and to Build A Bear!! :D We got on the bus at 9 am and arrived in Belfast around 10:30 am. Then we went to Build A Bear!! I was excited but a bit scared too. Today I got re-stuffed and that scared me a bit. When we went in the lady smiled and said hi and asked how the last bear we got was settling in :) Then Bunny told her that I came to get re-stuffed and that I was scared. She looked at me and said nothing to be scared about. Bunny took off my hat, boots and coat and put them into my bag then she handed me to the lady. The lovely lady told Bunny that she could pick out my girl friend (friend who is a girl NOT girlfriend) while she was making me better and she'd give Bunny a shout when she was ready for a hug test. When Bunny left the counter I shouted "MAMA!" The lovely lady said that I'd be okay and that my mama wasn't too far away and I'd see her again soon. She spoke to me the whole time and that made me feel a bit better.

Then she called Bunny over for a hug test :) Then she took me from Bunny again and asked if she would like to pick out a heart for me. Bunny picked out a heart and held it tight and made a wish, then put it gently inside me. The lady then put me to one side and took the friend who is a girl from Bunny. Bunny pushed the pedal! :) Then Bunny gave new girl a hug and said she was perfect :) The lady asked if we would like two hearts in her, she laughed when we both said YES, at the same time.

Bunny had to take her hearts and rub them on her feet so she'd be fast. Then rub them on her arms so she'd be strong.On her tummy so she'd have lots of giggles, on her mouth so she'd be loud. Bunny said she didn't think that would be a problem living with me, the lovely lady and Bunny laughed. Then Bunny rubbed the hearts on her ears so she'll always listen then on her bum so she'll be a smarty pants, we all laughed at this.

Then she gave new girl to Bunny while she went off to tidy me up before giving me back to Bunny. Bunny went off with new girl and they chose some clothes for her and then Bunny sat down and dressed her. The lovely lady came back to Bunny with me and I was grinning so much! :D Bunny gave me a big hug and I didn't want to let go of her. Then we went to the naming station and named new girl and then we paid and left :) The did love my contact lenses :) The lovely ladies said that was a very brave Lion :) I'm like a Time Lord now with two hearts! :) So is the new girl.

We went to the café where we went last time and I got LOTS of attention by the ladies in the queue! <giggles> We handed out business card to them :) Also handed out some to random people in the street and in the bus station before we got back to the burrow.

By now you're wanting to meet the new addition to the cosplay gang. Photos below :)

Say hi to my new little sister,  Raven Nevermore :) Yes she is named after the Edgar Allan Poe poem.

Isn't she cute?! With her lovely purple eyes and her little purple nose :) This is the outfit she left Build A Bear wearing :) Star Wars! When I showed the lovely lady Raven's outfit she laughed and said "Yes, I know you're all big Star Wars fans"

The back of her jeans have got Star Wars written on them!

I got a new hat :) A pirate hat and a shirt with skulls on it and another pair of jeans. Bunny says she can sew skulls onto the jeans if I want :)

We also got this cute outfit for Raven Nevermore :)

Here is a pic of me and Raven Nevermore :) The hat I'm wearing is one Bunny had got for me to wear to keep me cosy and warm.

Raven Nevermore wanted to wear a skirt, so she changed from her jeans and put on purple leggings and the sparkly black skirt we got for her. Doesn't she look so cute? :)

I also recently got a new t-shirt! :) Though I still prefer wearing my Star Wars shirt, at least I have a change of shirt now, if I need to change.

Diamond Joe got a jumper! 

Edit: A lot of people have been asking where Bunny got the jumper from. A lovely lady makes them and has them on bay of e. Click here to see her store and here to see other jumpers she has made. 

Bunny left us alone for 5 minutes and I did this to Diamond Joe! <giggles> He looks better now :) Though his eyes do have an odd stare in them. 

I got a red brush to brush my mane :)

There was a freebie with the contact lenses! :) Bunny had to hide on it me because she was saying I was making too much noise with it.

I got this new full length coat! :) It's got a hood on it and it is fleecy lined :) The red ties will tie into a bow and it will keep all of me cosy and warm because it is autumn here now. Plus it is cold and I don't want to get cold when I'm out and about.

I also got new laces for my boots :) The other ones broke :(  Though I like these ones better. I laced them myself :) I laced one boot with the skulls right way up for people looking at them and one right way up for me looking down at them.

Sith Lord eyes!

As you know me and Diamond Joe are going to be Sith Lords! :) I'm going to cosplay Darth Malgus and Diamond Joe is going to cosplay Darth Maul.

One of Bunny's friends <waves>, sent us contact lenses! We were so excited when they arrived that Bunny put them in for us :) Below the photos I've explained how to put them in our eyes and how to care for them and also how to get them out.  First photos! :)

When the lenses arrive they will be in small bottles. Carefully pour the liquid out and place your paw over the edge when you tip the liquid out, the contact lens will land on your paw. Gently push fur away from eye, place the contact lens onto the eye and align so that the hole in contact lens lines up with the pupil and is showing black. Then gently push fur back around eye. then leave it to dry, when dry it adheres to the eye.

To remove gently push fur away from eye and peel off around the edge, if it does not come off easily, don't force it as this can tear the lens. Get some water and gently dab with cotton swab not cotton wool and it'll come off easily with water.

To store, fill a contact lens storage case with water and place the lens into each compartment. If you haven't got a storage case, fill the small bottle with water and place the lens carefully inside.  When the lens floats down to the bottom, carefully pour some of the water out and seal. If using the small bottle you will need to shake it first to move the contact lens so that it will come out of the bottle easily. It will stick to the bottom of the bottle, if you don't shake the bottle first. Contact lens storage cases are easier :) Ours have pumpkins on them! :)

Bunny says that these are 1 day contact lenses for humans, but because we're not human they'll last us forever! :)

Build A Bear visit!

Today we went to Belfast :) We left Armagh shortly after 9 am  I sat at the window and looked out :) We arrived in Belfast at 10:30 am.  After I went potty we went to Build A Bear. It was only about a 10 minute walk from the bus station and when we walked down an alley way I saw Build A Bear! I got very excited and I dragged Bunny saying "Hurry UP!" She laughed. When we went in I waved at the staff and they waved back :) They all said how lovely I looked :) They asked my name and the girls said I was cute and the men said I was cool! A staff member asked why we were there and I said to get a stunt bear. So she showed us what we had to do and we thanked her and said we'd take a look around, she said take as long as you like.

I looked around at all the clothes and I told Bunny I wanted EVERYTHING! She laughed and said she didn't think I would look good in a skirt, I pulled a face at her. Then we went to look at the bears. I saw some pretty ones and some tough looking ones. Bunny asked me if I had decided if I wanted a girl or a boy cosplay buddy. I said boy so that narrowed some down. Then I saw a camouflage bear :) I wanted him, Bunny said we should look around and pick some clothes if I wanted some and then we can go back for the bear. So she got a basket and I started putting clothes into it. I asked one of the men if they had lightsabers and they pointed to them so we got two red ones for stunt bear's Darth Maul cosplay :) I picked out some clothes and I put in a Batman costume for stunt bear because he is going to be Batman and I'm going to be Bane and it is going to be so much fun!

I picked out a Star Wars outfit for stunt bear then I went and carried him to the stuffing machine :) The man let me press the pedal for the stuffing! :) I think I went a bit overboard on it, you'll see in the photo below. I put a little bit in his head and the man said he would need more. I laughed and said he was only a stunt bear but he put more in. Then he asked if I wanted a heart inside, so I picked up a red heart and kissed it and said a wish. I made Bunny kiss it and say a wish too. Then I gave it to the man and he put it inside stunt bear and sewed him up :) Then we went to a dressing table and Bunny dressed stunt bear in the Star Wars outfit. We changed his trousers to jeans when we got back to the burrow. We also got some items for cosplay but I won't tell you what we got :P

Then we had to get stunt bear's birth certificate :) So we went to the machine and put in the details. Then we went to pay, the girl asked was this our birth certificate I nodded and she put it inside his carrier and then put him inside. I looked at him inside the carrier and patted him on the head and laughed. Bunny laughed so I did it again.  The girl was very good because she managed to put all the clothes and lightsabers in with him :) Bunny handed over the gift card she had got and I gave over some pocket money :)

Then we headed to a craft store! :) On the way there a man asked if Bunny needed a taxi she said no thanks, then he asked if I needed one. Then he asked to see him so we walked over to him. He said I had a very cool look about me :) Then we went towards the craft store. Before we got there more people stopped us! They asked if we wanted to go on a bus tour and that build a bears go free. Bunny said not this time but maybe next time. Then we got stopped again! This man with a very cool handlebar mustache patted me on my head and said something to me in a language I didn't understand but it sounded friendly so I just thanked the man and we eventually got to the craft store! I crawled into my bag and we walked around the store. Picked up a few things for cosplay :) I'm not allowed to tell you what we got, you'll have to wait and see when the costumes are made.

Then as we were walking out of the craft store towards a coffee shop, stunt bears carrier's handle broke! Bunny caught him just in time. So she had to carry the box under her arm. The coffee shop was upstairs in a book shop, it was lovely :) Bunny looked at the timetable and said we could make the 12:45 bus back to Armagh. So after we left the coffee shop we went to the bus station. It was funny because I was still in my bag and Bunny said she was getting odd looks carrying stunt bear's carrier but not when she carried me.

She asked if had to go potty before the bus journey, I said yes. So I went potty then Bunny bought me some coke, because I had no pocket money left after Build A Bear. Then as we were waiting for the bus, stunt bear's carrier box fell to the ground, I shouted "Drop and Roll". Bunny picked the box up and she asked was he okay, we heard giggling coming from the carrier box.  Then we got on the bus and Bunny took stunt bear out of his carrier and we sat looking out the window and we talked it was fun :) We got back into Armagh after 2 pm. I had a very big day today and I got a new friend :)

Two red lightsabers for Diamond Joe's Darth Maul cosplay. They will be fused together to make Darth Maul's double lightsaber.

When we got back to the burrow there was a package for me! So I opened it and this was inside :) A DARTH VADER COSTUME AND RED LIGHTSABER!

It isn't from my cousin in America because she got me one, but she can still send it to me because we need another cloak for the Darth Maul cosplay. I couldn't wait to try it on so so below is a photo of me in my Darth Vader cosplay :D You can't see in the photo but the lightsaber does light up!

I had LOTS of fun today! Bunny said we can go back to Belfast another day and go back to Build A Bear if I want to go back! :) I do :) She said there is more to see in Belfast that we haven't seen yet so that will be fun :) It's SO big and lots of people but I held tight to Bunny's paw and I was okay.

It has started

Today Bunny helped me start my art journal :) I picked out papers and what I wanted on it and she glued them for me. I'm not allowed near glue, she's scared I'll glue my paw to my nose.

Cosplay chat

I was talking to Bunny about how we're going to do the Alien costume and Sith Lord costumes. Some of them sound messy! So we are going to Belfast on Saturday (all being well) and I'm going to pick out a Stunt Bear! To take my place in my costume fittings. Bunny says it makes me sound like a diva but then when she heard what I had to say next she said it was a good idea.

Eventually we can go out together! Me as Bane, Stunt Bear as Batman! 

Bunny has already started rough sketches for my Alien costume and she has left space for my ears to poke out! :) Then I told her that we could put Stunt Bear into a Predator costume :) 

I'm nearly scared to think what Batman will say when he sees me and Stunt Bear together, he might want to steal Stunt Bear too!

I told her she could make us both Sith Lord costumes! That would be fun! :) 

Stunt Bear will be educated in Star Wars and taught The Darkside is the best side, 'cause we've got the best costumes! <giggles>

Sith Lords Rule!

I'll share my blog with him when we go out cosplaying but that is okay, I won't mind.

Bunny is going to be a very busy Mama :)
