Victorian Weekend at The Argory

This weekend at The Argory there was a Victorian Weekend :) Bunny got me a Victorian Gentleman's outfit :) She helped me to put the watch across both side of the waistcoat :)

The first photo is of me in a basket that a lady was taking around selling pegs and dishcloths. She let me sit in her basket! :)

Next we went and and got our time to visit  inside the house for a tour and then I dragged Bunny to the sweetie shop! This is a photo of me lying on the scales! <giggles> They kept moving up and down on me! I bought some licquorise with my pocket money, I haven't had any before but Bunny said it was yummy. I put it inside my bag to keep it safe.

The lady in the sweet shop said we could go for high tea in the house! So exciting, I said to Bunny "Can we? Can we? Can we?" lots of times, she laughed and said we could :) We went to the side of the house and a lady let us in and we followed her to where the high tea was.

I sat down and tucked a napkin into my waistcoat so I wouldn't get jam or cream on it. Below is me waiting to be served high tea.

This is a sponge cake filled with jam and cream, just before I ate it! I was glad of the napkin because I had to wipe cream from my nose!
Bunny used her knife to put the cream on my scone because I didn't want to dirty mine. It was very yummy :) I have it nearly all eaten, no cream on my nose this time :)

Then I sat at the window and looked out over the gardens before the lady guided us back through the house again and out the side door.

We had nearly a short while to wait before the guided tour so I learnt how to ride a horsey! :) That's another one of the 50 things ticked off. I said it counts because it is still a horsey!

Next we got into the house! This is a photograph of me on a big dog in the front hall of the house.

The house was very big and dark in some places, I was glad I was with Bunny and she held me tight so I wouldn't get scared.

I had a fun day :) Lots of people talked to me and waved to me :) We gave out 5 business cards today :) We are giving out loads of them.

Then I got some goodies :) Some badges for my art journal.

Then I ate some licquorise :) It's very yummy, my bag smells of licquorise now :)

I had a great day today and I love my Victorian Gentleman's outfit, though I wouldn't like to wear it every day.
