Build A Bear visit!

Today we went to Belfast :) We left Armagh shortly after 9 am  I sat at the window and looked out :) We arrived in Belfast at 10:30 am.  After I went potty we went to Build A Bear. It was only about a 10 minute walk from the bus station and when we walked down an alley way I saw Build A Bear! I got very excited and I dragged Bunny saying "Hurry UP!" She laughed. When we went in I waved at the staff and they waved back :) They all said how lovely I looked :) They asked my name and the girls said I was cute and the men said I was cool! A staff member asked why we were there and I said to get a stunt bear. So she showed us what we had to do and we thanked her and said we'd take a look around, she said take as long as you like.

I looked around at all the clothes and I told Bunny I wanted EVERYTHING! She laughed and said she didn't think I would look good in a skirt, I pulled a face at her. Then we went to look at the bears. I saw some pretty ones and some tough looking ones. Bunny asked me if I had decided if I wanted a girl or a boy cosplay buddy. I said boy so that narrowed some down. Then I saw a camouflage bear :) I wanted him, Bunny said we should look around and pick some clothes if I wanted some and then we can go back for the bear. So she got a basket and I started putting clothes into it. I asked one of the men if they had lightsabers and they pointed to them so we got two red ones for stunt bear's Darth Maul cosplay :) I picked out some clothes and I put in a Batman costume for stunt bear because he is going to be Batman and I'm going to be Bane and it is going to be so much fun!

I picked out a Star Wars outfit for stunt bear then I went and carried him to the stuffing machine :) The man let me press the pedal for the stuffing! :) I think I went a bit overboard on it, you'll see in the photo below. I put a little bit in his head and the man said he would need more. I laughed and said he was only a stunt bear but he put more in. Then he asked if I wanted a heart inside, so I picked up a red heart and kissed it and said a wish. I made Bunny kiss it and say a wish too. Then I gave it to the man and he put it inside stunt bear and sewed him up :) Then we went to a dressing table and Bunny dressed stunt bear in the Star Wars outfit. We changed his trousers to jeans when we got back to the burrow. We also got some items for cosplay but I won't tell you what we got :P

Then we had to get stunt bear's birth certificate :) So we went to the machine and put in the details. Then we went to pay, the girl asked was this our birth certificate I nodded and she put it inside his carrier and then put him inside. I looked at him inside the carrier and patted him on the head and laughed. Bunny laughed so I did it again.  The girl was very good because she managed to put all the clothes and lightsabers in with him :) Bunny handed over the gift card she had got and I gave over some pocket money :)

Then we headed to a craft store! :) On the way there a man asked if Bunny needed a taxi she said no thanks, then he asked if I needed one. Then he asked to see him so we walked over to him. He said I had a very cool look about me :) Then we went towards the craft store. Before we got there more people stopped us! They asked if we wanted to go on a bus tour and that build a bears go free. Bunny said not this time but maybe next time. Then we got stopped again! This man with a very cool handlebar mustache patted me on my head and said something to me in a language I didn't understand but it sounded friendly so I just thanked the man and we eventually got to the craft store! I crawled into my bag and we walked around the store. Picked up a few things for cosplay :) I'm not allowed to tell you what we got, you'll have to wait and see when the costumes are made.

Then as we were walking out of the craft store towards a coffee shop, stunt bears carrier's handle broke! Bunny caught him just in time. So she had to carry the box under her arm. The coffee shop was upstairs in a book shop, it was lovely :) Bunny looked at the timetable and said we could make the 12:45 bus back to Armagh. So after we left the coffee shop we went to the bus station. It was funny because I was still in my bag and Bunny said she was getting odd looks carrying stunt bear's carrier but not when she carried me.

She asked if had to go potty before the bus journey, I said yes. So I went potty then Bunny bought me some coke, because I had no pocket money left after Build A Bear. Then as we were waiting for the bus, stunt bear's carrier box fell to the ground, I shouted "Drop and Roll". Bunny picked the box up and she asked was he okay, we heard giggling coming from the carrier box.  Then we got on the bus and Bunny took stunt bear out of his carrier and we sat looking out the window and we talked it was fun :) We got back into Armagh after 2 pm. I had a very big day today and I got a new friend :)

Two red lightsabers for Diamond Joe's Darth Maul cosplay. They will be fused together to make Darth Maul's double lightsaber.

When we got back to the burrow there was a package for me! So I opened it and this was inside :) A DARTH VADER COSTUME AND RED LIGHTSABER!

It isn't from my cousin in America because she got me one, but she can still send it to me because we need another cloak for the Darth Maul cosplay. I couldn't wait to try it on so so below is a photo of me in my Darth Vader cosplay :D You can't see in the photo but the lightsaber does light up!

I had LOTS of fun today! Bunny said we can go back to Belfast another day and go back to Build A Bear if I want to go back! :) I do :) She said there is more to see in Belfast that we haven't seen yet so that will be fun :) It's SO big and lots of people but I held tight to Bunny's paw and I was okay.

It has started

Today Bunny helped me start my art journal :) I picked out papers and what I wanted on it and she glued them for me. I'm not allowed near glue, she's scared I'll glue my paw to my nose.

Cosplay chat

I was talking to Bunny about how we're going to do the Alien costume and Sith Lord costumes. Some of them sound messy! So we are going to Belfast on Saturday (all being well) and I'm going to pick out a Stunt Bear! To take my place in my costume fittings. Bunny says it makes me sound like a diva but then when she heard what I had to say next she said it was a good idea.

Eventually we can go out together! Me as Bane, Stunt Bear as Batman! 

Bunny has already started rough sketches for my Alien costume and she has left space for my ears to poke out! :) Then I told her that we could put Stunt Bear into a Predator costume :) 

I'm nearly scared to think what Batman will say when he sees me and Stunt Bear together, he might want to steal Stunt Bear too!

I told her she could make us both Sith Lord costumes! That would be fun! :) 

Stunt Bear will be educated in Star Wars and taught The Darkside is the best side, 'cause we've got the best costumes! <giggles>

Sith Lords Rule!

Journey through the stars

Today Bunny took me to Armagh Planetarium for today's adventure! :) We arrived at around 12:30pm and went got tickets to see two shows :) The first one was at 1pm and was called We Are Aliens :) While we were sitting down and waiting to be called in Bunny told the people next to us that I was Bane yesterday because the man was playing a Batman game. Anyway the show, it was amazing! I LOVED IT!! I lay back in the seat and looked up and it was amazing! The seats go back so you can look up at the dome without getting your neck hurty! Full dome of stars and wow! just WOW! :D This show has cute aliens in it, I won't spoil it for anyone but at the end credits the aliens wave! I waved back and Bunny laughed.

Then we went out and joined the people waiting for the 2pm show. It was called "BEYOND THE BLUE: A Stargazing Journey" Now THIS was fun! I got to fly! It'll make sense if you ever visit Armagh Planetarium :)

Also at the end of each show there is something very special which I loved! At the end of the first one, I asked Bunny if it would happen again at the second show, she said I'd have to wait to find out and it DID! :D I won't spoil it but it is so much FUN! :)

Then we went into the craft room and I sat and made (Bunny helped) a Dalek! :) Below are a few pics of the different stages of making the Dalek :)

The finished Dalek! :) What do you think? I wanted red hair on the Dalek, Bunny laughed but said okay since it was mine I could put red hair on it if I wanted too.

Then I posed by this sign that is in Armagh Planetarium :)

Bunny said that we can come back to the Planetarium another day and see more shows if I want too! YEAH!! I really hope we do go back. We didn't leave the Planetarium until around 4pm! We walked down and we heard music coming from the Mall, so we went and investigated. There was a carnival on :) We went to one stall and I stood on the table, the man looked at me and grinned and asked me my name. I told him and he asked what he could do for me. I asked him if he had a Hurley stick and ball that was my size and he did! I asked Bunny if I could get them, she said I had spent all my pocket money yesterday. I looked up at her and said "Please, Mama! Please! Can I get them!" Then I did my best sad face she laughed and said okay :) I gave the man a business card and he said he would look at the blog :)

Then we walked past a large doggy! I had to hide behind Bunny's back because he wanted to eat me! Bunny took a photo of him for me. He's a German Shepherd/Collie cross.

Next we saw men setting up speakers on a stage, I wanted to sit on a speaker! So Bunny asked the man if I could, he said okay. The speaker was VERY high. Bunny gave me to him and he put me on top of a speaker :) How cool does this photo look?

We thanked him when Bunny took the photo and gave him a business card :) Bunny says it looks as if I'm about to dive off the speaker into a crowd.

Then we walked through the town, Bunny saw one of her friends so we waved at him. He waved back! :) Then I saw a red motorbike! I asked Bunny if I could sit on it, she said we'd have to ask the biker. So we asked the biker but he couldn't hear me because he had his helmet on! Then we asked again and he said yes :) So below is a photo of me on a red motorbike, It's RED! :D

The nice biker said I was very cute! :) He liked the black stripes in my mane. I told him that it was because of the Bane mask that I was wearing yesterday. He laughed and said that it sounded like fun. Then I told him that I'm designing a biker jacket with a 3 piece patch on the back. He laughed and said that would look very cool.

We stopped by the pet store next, I stared at the fishes and Bunny said no, because she'd have to look after them and she wouldn't have time. I stared at them for a bit longer then I asked the man in the pet store if he had any blankies. He said he had but they're not very big. I said it was for me and he grinned and said it would be big enough to wrap me in. Bunny is gonna use it for the base to make a sleeping bag for me! I have no idea how she's going to do that, but the blankie is lovely, snuggly and warm :)

Then we went a bit further and we saw Bunny's friend again, the one who had waved to us earlier. He called us over and he looked at me and grinned and said I was very cool :) He took me from Bunny and took a couple of photos on his phone and I gave him a business card :) I told him that I was Bane yesterday :) He also liked the black stripes in my mane left over from the Bane mask. He said that I should get Bunny to "paint" more black in my mane! I looked at him like he was crazy.

Then we went back to the burrow :) Below are photos of my haul.

I have talked to Bunny about this and I'm going to do more cosplay! Since yesterday was SO much fun :) She has said that she is going to make a new Bane mask for me and work on the costume more :)

Also as said in earlier blog post about yesterday's adventure she's going to attempt to make me an Alien costume :)  I'm still grinning from yesterday it was SO cool :D

I loved the Sith Lord so much, which brings me to next item on list. Bunny looked at me like I was crazy when I asked her to make me a Sith Lord costume. She said we'll see how things go with the Alien one first but I want a Sith Lord costume! Do you agree? Do you think Bunny should make me a Sith Lord costume? Let her know either by telling her or commenting below and I will show her your comments.

I arrived at the burrow in a Knight outfit but I think a Sith Lord costume would be much cooler :)

Bane Meme

Look what one of Bunny's friends made for me! He sent it through to my personal email address :) I love it! :D

Bane and haul update

Bunny wanted to take a photo of me without Bane mask and coat so here it is :) Also I have paint in my mane! There was some on my mouth and nose but Bunny got it off, the paint in mane some of it did come off but not all of it. She did brush my mane though before these photos :) I'm also showing off some haul and art journal goodies I got yesterday and today. Forgot to share with you the haul I got yesterday.

See the black streaks in my mane? That is black paint from the still wet Bane mask that I wore earlier today.

I spent some pocket money today! I got a Heroes and Legends programme for my art journal :)

Judge Dredd gave me one of the Emerald Garrison leaflets :) He said I should join! I told him I was only 3 months old he said that maybe that was a little too young but I took a leaflet for my art journal.

This is the ticket we got when we went into Armagh Planetarium. Even though it's a free event they gave me a ticket :) That will be going into my art journal too.

I got some red binoculars! Bunny said I can use them to see the stars at night :) 

I also got some hematite, I think it looks a bit like a meteorite :) Bunny had a cage thing for it and put it into it for me and she says I can wear it as a necklace :)

We stopped off in a sweetie shop yesterday! It was called Scoopy's I got this pretty looking lollypop :)

Next photo is of The Piggy Races programme  that was at Armagh Rugby Club yesterday :) This will be going into my art journal.

Final photo is of the Armagh Rugby Club pin badge that I got yesterday. It's a smaller version of the logo in the photo above.

That's all my haul up to date now :) Bunny says the black paint will eventually wear out of my mane. I'm too scared to get a bath just yet. 

Heroes and Legends 2013

Today I went to the Heroes and Legends event in the Armagh Planetarium ran by Emerald Garrison. I LOVED IT!!! :D It was SO much fun! :) got lots of photos taken, apologies but I'm going to do it in one blog post :) Bunny took nearly 70 photos and we've narrowed them down to what you will see in this blog post. Everyone loved my Bane outfit! They all knew who I was and they said that the mask was cool :)

First photo is of me in my Bane outfit taken in Bunny's room this morning :) She aged the outfit with black fabric paint and put black polish on the boots but didn't polish them. The paint on the mask was still wet and some of the paint got onto my mane! Bunny said we can wash it carefully out later. I had to be sewn into the mask, but I had breathing tubes so I was okay.

We arrived at Armagh Planetarium at around 10:30 am. Below are pics of me with the characters at the event :) Everyone loved my outfit :)

Predator! Bunny went fangirl with him! It was SO funny! She said she loved him and gave him a hug! Then I got these photos taken and she hugged him again! Everyone was laughing and then they told her that, that wasn't the usual response to the Predator! :)  Also see in the second photo Spidey? He was going to photobomb the second photo! Bunny said "Bad, Spidey. Shoo!" She chased him away! It was so funny! :)

The Alien was very cool :) He stroked my mane :)

Now we come to Batman! Batman is evil! Don't believe anything else he tells you! He is EVIL! After the first photo he put me under his cloak and started to run up the ramp you see behind him with me! Bunny called after him then he came back and posed for the second photo.

The Wookie was HUGE!! 

Harley Quinn and Batman. Bunny gave me to Harley because she didn't trust me with Batman then she gave me to him for the photo!

This is my favourite photo of the day! A pic with Bane's daddy! <giggles> A Sith Lord! He was HUGE! Bunny says he looked like he was 6ft 5 or 6ft 6! He patted me on my head as he walked past into the room where this was taken! 

As you can see from the above photos  most of them tried to kill me, which did make for great photos :) Also lots of people took photos of me and me with them :) I am still grinning so much! I can't stop grinning! I had an amazing adventure today :) We didn't leave until nearly 1:30pm!

Bunny says she is going to try and make an Alien costume for me for next year :) That would be very cool. When she told people they got big wide grins <giggles> Though Bane's daddy still wants to see me in a Darth Vader costume.

We gave out LOADS of business cards today! Bunny said we gave out around 50! FIFTY!! That is crazy! :) When Bunny orders some more I want the picture of me with Bane's daddy as one of the photos on the back of the business card :)
