Star Wars bag & mini adventure

Over the past few evenings, Bunny has been sewing my travelling bag. She sewed Star Wars fabric onto it, and it GLOWS IN THE DARK!!

You may notice the strap, last year Bunny took the strap off the bag and replaced it with a HUGE belt! It's a better strap as it goes over her shoulder and we feel safer when we are in the bag.

She also put a little Imperial logo onto the front of my Star Wars jeans! It glows in the dark

Today I had a mini adventure! I heard Hilla (that's what I call Bunny's mummy) come into the room to say hi to me. I asked her if she could stay and chat but she said she had to do some gardening. I asked what that was and she said planting flowers and looking after the garden. I told her I had never seen the garden and I wanted to help. She lifted me and my elephant cushion and took a stool, it was my size :) She carried me out into the front garden.  She put my elephant cushion on the stool and I sat on it and watched her gardening. She even let me use a gardening fork on the soil and I planted bulbs! :) She said not to tell Bunny because she would be cross because I had no coat or boots on but she did not have me out for long. Hilla is fun then afterwards we snuggled up on the sofa in front of the fire and watched tv.

Lucy's visit

Yesterday we had a visit from Lucy, she is a relative of Bunny's :) I got confused as to how they are related but she's from Paris, France! Her accent is just beautiful :D She came up to Bunny's room and she had her eyes closed then Bunny told her to open them and she looked up at all the stuffie family and her eyes widened!

I was sitting on Bunny's bed and she picked me up and gave me a big hug and kiss and asked who I was. I told her my name and she hugged me again before putting me back down on the bed. Bunny told her she could choose two of us to play with. She picked two girls, Apple Blossom and Katie then she and Bunny took the box of clothes and the two girls down to the living room to play.

They waved bye to the rest of us, but they were back later. Bunny got the purple cat given to her by a friend who didn't want her anymore. Bunny gave her a forever home, she had a silly name that no-one could remember so Lucy re-named her Katie :) Katie the cat. They had lots of fun playing and dressing up, lots of photographs were taken :) The costumes are ones that Bunny had bought or that we got from our cousins in America.

Then they had a nap, but I think Apple Blossom was faking as the sun was in in her eyes.

Then Lucy wanted to stop playing because she had a poster she wanted to make. So they put the girls into ordinary clothes.  Apple Blossom is MY converse!

Bunny told me off for huffing at Apple Blossom for wearing my clothes, she said that we share our clothes and I had to say sorry for falling out with Apple Blossom over the clothes.

Lucy was making a poster about Barn Owls, I helped her! With Bunny's help we picked out photographs and printed them off. I told Lucy to use different colours in the poster. She drew the circles free-paw! She told me a lot about owls, but I have forgotten a lot of it. Baby owls are called owlets and you can see the little baby owls in one of the photographs on the poster. Don't they look beautiful :) I would like to meet an owl one day, but it might be scary!

After the evening meal, Lucy had some reading she wanted to do, so she went to Bunny's room to read. Her room is lovely and quiet :) Bunny sat and did some sewing while Lucy read her book. It was a book in French and she asked if I could understand French so that I could read it for her. I told her I am only a baby Lion. She took Raven Nevermore and carried her to the bed and cuddled her while she did her reading. Her book had a Lion on the cover! I am not sure what it was about but it had lots of words in it. 

She taught me some words in French! It was very confusing and I got mixed up a lot. I remember a few words, Salut that means Hi and Trois which means Three. 

She is a lovely quiet girl, I asked Bunny if she would be coming back today and she said no, this made me sad.  Though she did say that she will be back again to visit us soon. 

Yesterday was like a mini adventure :) I still had an adventure but I didn't leave the burrow.

Halloween & Yule

I know, it has been forever since we last did an update. The boys were fighting over what I wanted to change the blog header too. Mama said no-one is posting on the blog until we sort it out.

Thomas Marshal the Lion is going on an adventure (the first one for 2014) on Saturday and he said he would like to do an update of his adventure on Saturday.  To keep things in order, we have agreed on the blog header. We just need Mama to make it for us now.  She is very busy at the moment though, she is making a Sith Stalker costume for the silly Lion.  He is going to a Star Wars event in Belfast in March.  That is an event both him and Mama are looking forward too.

This update is a Halloween and Yule update.

Halloween 

For Halloween 2013 we went to one of Mama's friends house. She had a party! It was lots of fun, we played games, though we weren't allowed to dunk for apples in the water, none of us wanted to go into the tumble dryer! Mama told scary stories :) We all got metallic shiney skulls and skull shaped glasses. The Halloween Fairy had left them for us.

This year Mama said that hopefully we can go on adventures for Halloween.

Yule 

We wanted to help Mama decorate the tree, we followed her down to the hallway and the photos are what happened.

Mama left us alone for five minutes, when she returned she said "I cannot leave you alone for five minutes!" Then she laughed because she said we looked cute.

Mama left us alone again, when she was away  Diamond Joe did his first ever stunt! I was so scared I couldn't look! Thomas Marshal was cheering at him.  She took a photo of him and then she laughed. I was still scared, he could have fallen and hurt himself.

During December we got to open Star Wars advent calendars! During this time Jar Jar Binks was in the calendar. This is what Thomas Marshal did to him.

Santa!!

Santa came to us! We left out hot black coffee (Mama said he would need if after getting whiskey in a lot of houses). Some chocolate biscuits and carrots for the reindeer. When we woke up on xmas morning our stockings were filled with goodies!
